call and want to only be charged
for time and materials as
needed, Citcom have developed
our "Guaranteed Response
Support".
For a
minimum monthly charge,
businesses can have full IT
support as and when needed on
stand-by. With this option all
hours are charged at a reduced
rate with guaranteed response
times based on call priorities.
For Urgent Priority calls, an
engineer will be immediately
assigned to assist and if
required to go on site Citcom
guarantee a 2 hour on site
response.
